{"id":32,"date":"2014-05-03T18:19:05","date_gmt":"2014-05-03T16:19:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.seewind.org\/wp\/?page_id=32"},"modified":"2025-08-05T13:52:56","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T11:52:56","slug":"project-organisation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.seewind.org\/?page_id=32","title":{"rendered":"Project Organisation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"element eltext\">\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-33\" src=\"http:\/\/www.seewind.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/287054998.gif\" alt=\"287054998\" width=\"459\" height=\"328\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The initial organisation structure of the Consortium shall comprise the following:<\/h3>\n<p>(a) <strong>General Assembly<\/strong> is the supervisory body for the project execution and decision making body in all relevant project matters under the conditions set forth in Section 5.2.<\/p>\n<p>(b) <strong>Project Co-ordinator<\/strong> is the intermediary to the Commission is authorised to execute the project management, shall report and be accountable to the General Assembly under the conditions set forth in Section 5.3.<\/p>\n<p>(c) <strong>Project officers<\/strong> for Dissemination &amp; Exploitation and Finance are named in order to account to the importance of those activities.<\/p>\n<p>(d) <strong>Task groups<\/strong> are established to intensify the cooperation of relevant Work package leaders in the research activities in the Project. The Task groups leaders report to the Project Coordinator.<\/p>\n<p>(e) <strong>Work package Leader<\/strong> are named for each work package and will be responsible for the co-ordination and reporting within his work package. The partners respon\u00acsible for each work package are listed in the table &#8222;Work Package List&#8220;.
